Sounds of the GT2
September 29, 2007
German site Spiegel Online has published an article about the GT2. Unfortunately, I don’t understand a word of German so I couldn’t read it, but they did have this cool sound player featuring sounds of the GT2. Now, I don’t know why you would want to listen to the blinker, the horn, or the warning [...]

Britains Car magazine has a first drive of the new 911 GT2. They loved the power and performance, the noise, and the sheer experience of driving the GT2. From the review: 911 Turbo not hard enough? Then how about removing the four-wheel drive, sir? Want to smash the magical 200mph barrier? Soak in the GT2′s [...]

Porsche has launched an interactive application offering movies, music and engine sounds. Well, at least on their German site they have. I haven’t found any sign of this application on the U.S. site, so for now, you’ll have to wade through a bunch of German to get your fix. You’ll not only find movies of [...]

Traditionally, all Porsches are built in Germany, but several years ago Porsche started building Boxsters in Finland to keep up with demand, and they also build part of the Cayenne in Slovakia. Porsche wants to expand sales in India and feel that [...]

Spy Shot: Panamera Coupe?
September 26, 2007
I seriously have my doubts. But, the about exotic cars blog received this spy shot from a reader who was driving his 928 on the A31 in Germany, when he was passed by this Panamera. This person insists that the car had two doors instead of four. Unfortunately, this is the only picture he got, [...]
