Porsche May Build Cars in India
September 26, 2007

Motor Authority is reporting that Porsche has plans to build cars in India. Traditionally, all Porsches are built in Germany, but several years ago Porsche started building Boxsters in Finland to keep up with demand, and they also build part of the Cayenne in Slovakia.
Porsche wants to expand sales in India and feel that building Porsches there will help achieve that goal. They are working with VW who is also looking to build cars in India.
