Porsche Announces 2008 Calendars
October 24, 2007

Every year, Porschephiles not only eagerly await the new Porsche vehicles, but they also can’t wait to see what will be hanging on the wall for the next twelve months. While we are still speculating about the new cars, Porsche has announced their calendars for 2008. As usual, they are offering four calendars: the “Porsche” calendar, the “Historics” calendar, the “Style” calendar, and the “Porsche Timer”.
The Porsche calendar celebrates the 60th anniversary of the Porsche brand, and focuses on the current models which are each accompanied by a classic Porsche. For example, one month features the current Boxster together with a 550A Spyder. This calendar measures 23.25″ by 22″ and costs $50.
The Historics calendar features the Porsche 917 racecars at various stages of development from 1969 to 1972. It measures 12″ by 16.5″ folded, 23.5″ by 16.5″ when unfolded, and costs $50.
The Style calendar is created by Porsche designers and features thirteen motifs of both past and present models. This calendar comes with an accompanying screensaver on CD-ROM, measures 19.5″ by 27.5″ and costs $80.
Finally, the Porsche Timer is a spiral bound planner that features the RS Spyder, including background information about the car’s development. It measures 5.75″ by 8.25″ and costs $50.
You can get yours at any Porsche dealer or online at the Porsche Design Driver’s Selection store.
