Jalopnik found this video which contains three classic 928 commercials from the 80s (and a of couple cheesy California Porsche Audi dealer commercials at the end). One focuses on the 928’s 0-60-0 time; one displays its top speed; and another show the 928 blasting through some country roads.

But of course, “Porsche does not recommend exceeding any speed limits.”

Jalopnik had a post about the whereabouts of the famous 928 that Tom Cruise’s character drove in the movie “Risky Business.” Lewis Johnsen of Denver owns this car, and he is producing a film documenting his search for this 928. From now until next year’s Sundance Film Festival, the car is on display at the Forney Museum of Transportation in Denver. So, if you’ve ever wanted to see this famous car, now’s your chance.
